Founder Renald (Ren) A. Benczkowski has been practicing estate planning and elder law for nearly 25 years.

Attorney Benczkowski established Estate Planning Legal Services PC in Troy, Michigan, in 2003 to provide broad-based estate-planning services to his existing and potential clientele. Now with a network of attorneys, his firm serves clients throughout the Great Lakes region.

Ren received his Juris Doctor degree from Detroit College of Law in 1980 and was admitted to the State Bar of Michigan in 1981.

A graduate of University of Detroit Jesuit High School, he earned a B.S. degree in chemistry and biology from Wayne State University in 1965.

His affiliations include membership in the Elder Law and Estate & Probate sections of the Michigan State Bar, the Troy Chamber of Commerce and Delta Theta Phi Law Fraternity.
