"There’s a misconception that estate planning is just for the rich, but really it’s for everyone. Especially when you have the complications of a second marriage, you want to make sure that your spouse and children are provided for as you intended. At a reasonable cost, we had a Trust drawn up by Estate Planning Legal Services that provides much more control and protection than just a Will. Absolutely, it was a wise decision."

After putting 30 years in at Ford, I want as much of my savings as possible to stay intact for my heirs. I liked the personal service offered by Estate Planning Legal Services. When setting up the Trust, the attorney spoke in straight English. The face-to-face consultation was very helpful."

Our Process

The following outline provides you with a schedule of the steps involved in the planning of your estate. Usually the process to establish an estate takes about three weeks, but it is dependent on the individual needs of our clients.

A meeting will be scheduled with an estate planning representative in the comfort of your own home. A brief informational presentation will be given followed up with a question and answer session. When you decide to complete your estate plan, the estate planning representative will collect basic information from you and submit it to our offices.
As your legal services provider, we will contact you to discuss your estate planning needs and the options that may best address them.
Based on our consultations and a review of your information, we will determine whether to recommend the preparation of a revocable living trust and other estate planning documents. If for any reason we advise you not to establish a revocable living trust, you will receive a full refund.
Should our services be appropriate for your needs, we will schedule a meeting at your convenience, either in the privacy of your home or at our offices, to execute your trust and related documents.
After receiving your trust, you will meet with a financial advisor who will help you fund your new trust.
