Estate Planning Legal Services, P.C. is based out of metro Detroit, Michigan with offices and attorneys throughout Michigan. Estate Planning Legal Services, PC is also affiliated with independent offices in Pennsylvania, Iowa, Wisconsin and Texas. We prepare comprehensive planning packages to manage and protect our clients’ assets for the benefit of family members and other beneficiaries. Meet Our Staff
Jeff Sharp
Attorney
Jeff Sharp is the managing partner at Estate Planning Legal Services, PC. He has been practicing law for over 25 years specializing in estate planning, business planning and special needs planning. Jeff attended Michigan State University receiving a Bachelor of Arts and received his law degree from the Detroit College of Law (now Michigan State University College of Law). While at Detroit College of Law, Jeff served as Editor in Chief of the Journal of International Law and Practice and participated in Moot Court where he won the All-School Oral Advocacy Competition. An avid sports fan, Jeff has volunteered his time coaching his children in soccer and baseball.

Paul Machesky, ESQ.
Attorney
Paul Machesky is the managing partner at Estate Planning Legal Services, PC. A Detroit native, he graduated from the University of Detroit with a Bachelor of Arts Degree, and received his law degree from Washington University in St. Louis, Missouri. In law school he was admitted to the Order of the Coif, meaning he was in the top 10 per cent of his graduating class. He was also an editor of the law review. He returned to Michigan in 1990, and practiced with several large Michigan firms before joining Estate Planning Legal Services in 2005. In addition to his legal practice, Paul was a part-time instructor at the University of Detroit.

Robert E. Schreur
Attorney
Robert E. Schreur (Rick) is a lawyer with 20 years of experience in estate planning and probate. He received a BA degree from Calvin College in 1992 and a Juris Doctorate from Wayne State University Law School in 1995. Rick is admitted to practice in all Michigan state courts. Active in the community, Rick has volunteered as a board member and a mentor for various nonprofit organizations. He lives in Zeeland (Western Michigan) with his wife and four children.

Rebecca McNulty
Attorney
Rebecca McNulty graduated from Wayne State University Law School. She has previously worked in elder law and is focused on Estate Planning and Elder Law.

Attorney
Kaitlyn Corr-Trogden graduated from Wayne State University with a BA degree in history in 2021 and graduated from Wayne State University Law School in 2024. She has worked in social security disability law and estate planning law.
